Device, Not Just Product
Hydradermabrasion plus five other handpieces means the visit is more than steam, extract, and a mask.
Six technologies. One hydrating session. Typically no downtime. Bellagio’s Skinwave hydrafacial for Phoenix-area skin that lives in sun and dry air.

A hydrafacial is a non-invasive facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, and hydrates in one visit. At Bellagio Medical Spa, we perform it with our Skinwave system — a multi-handpiece platform designed for hydradermabrasion plus targeted energy and finishing steps.
This is the treatment offered at our Arcadia, Cave Creek, and Sun City locations when clients search for a hydrafacial in the Phoenix area. It is not the trademarked HydraFacial brand protocol. It is Bellagio’s Skinwave hydrafacial: device-assisted, customizable, and planned around your skin that day.
A lunch-break facial with medical-spa technology — not a one-size-fits-all brand name.
The Skinwave cart you see here is the platform we use for hydrafacials. Solution bottles feed the hydradermabrasion circuit. Dedicated handpieces add ultrasonic cleansing, therapeutic ultrasound, radiofrequency, cooling, and a finishing mist so your provider can sequence the visit instead of stopping at a single wand.
Your aesthetician chooses the order and intensity after looking at congestion, sensitivity, oil, and how much glow you want before an event or as monthly maintenance.
Skinwave is the device. Hydrafacial describes the category. HydraFacial® is a separate branded treatment we do not claim to perform.

Hydradermabrasion and ultrasonic scrubbing help lift oil, makeup residue, and debris from the surface and pore openings without harsh manual scraping.
After the skin is cleared, hydrating solutions can sit more evenly. Many clients leave looking dewier, especially in Arizona’s dry climate.
Gentle exfoliation can make tone look fresher and makeup apply more smoothly. Individual brightness after one visit varies.
Repeated, well-spaced visits may help rough patches and congestion look more refined. This is surface work, not a laser resurfacing substitute.
Ultrasound and radiofrequency steps can be included to support product absorption and a firmer-feeling finish when your provider thinks they fit.
Most people go back to work, errands, or an evening plan the same day. Temporary pinkness is possible and usually settles quickly.
A controlled pass helps loosen dull surface cells so the rest of the treatment can work on cleaner skin.
Ultrasonic cleansing helps dislodge debris and excess sebum around pores, including areas that are hard to clear by hand alone.
Low-level ultrasound is used to support product penetration and a smoother, more conditioned feel.
Radiofrequency can be added for a gently warmed, tightening finish on areas your provider selects.
Cooling calms the surface after energy and extraction, helping redness settle and serums stay comfortable.
A finishing mist hydrates, helps rebalance the feel of the skin, and closes the visit without a heavy mask unless one is added.
Watch a calm, close-range treatment: measured handpiece work, no rushed extractions, and a setting built for comfort as much as technology.

A Skinwave hydrafacial is Bellagio Medical Spa's multi-technology facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, hydrates, and finishes the skin in one visit. Our protocol uses six modalities — microdermabrasion, ultrasonic skin scrubber, therapeutic ultrasound, radiofrequency, cold hammer, and a calming toner mist — customized after a skin assessment at our Arcadia, Cave Creek, or Sun City locations.
No. HydraFacial® is a specific branded system. Bellagio performs its hydrafacial treatment on the Skinwave multi-technology system. It belongs to the same hydradermabrasion category — cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate — and adds ultrasonic, radiofrequency, and cooling steps in the same appointment. If you searched for a hydrafacial in Phoenix, Arcadia, Cave Creek, or Sun City, this is the treatment we offer.
Most people return to normal activities right away, including makeup. Mild, temporary pinkness can occur. Your provider will tell you if your skin needs extra calm time, especially after a more exfoliating pass.
Many clients schedule every 4–6 weeks to follow the skin's renewal cycle, or before events for a hydrated glow. Frequency depends on your skin, climate, and goals. Arizona sun and dry air often make consistent hydration visits useful. Your Bellagio team will recommend a schedule.
Congested or enlarged-looking pores, dullness, dehydration, uneven texture, oiliness, and a tired complexion are common reasons people book. Fine lines and uneven tone may look softer as hydration and exfoliation improve the surface. Results vary, and this is not a substitute for procedures that treat pigment or laxity more aggressively.
Skinwave hydrafacials can be customized for a wide range of skin types and ages, including first-time facial clients and people who want little to no downtime. A consultation is still important if you have active rash, open lesions, certain medications, recent procedures, or highly reactive skin. Follow the preparation guidance from your provider.
Many people notice skin that looks cleaner, more hydrated, and brighter after one session. Pores may appear more refined and makeup often sits more smoothly. How dramatic the change is, and how long it lasts, depends on your skin and aftercare. A series usually builds on the first visit.
Hydrafacials at Bellagio are typically about 45 minutes, depending on add-ons and your plan. Pricing varies by location, package, and whether the visit is combined with another service such as dermaplaning. Book through our scheduler or call Arcadia, Cave Creek, or Sun City for current offers.
Bellagio Med Spa offers the Skinwave hydrafacial at three Valley locations: Arcadia on E Indian School Rd in Phoenix, North Phoenix on N Cave Creek Rd, and Sun City on N 103rd Ave. Book online and choose the location closest to you.
Microdermabrasion is one step inside the Skinwave protocol; the hydrafacial adds ultrasonic cleansing, hydration, ultrasound, RF and cooling in the same visit. A chemical peel exfoliates more deeply with acids and can mean a few days of peeling. For acne scars or deeper texture, microneedling is the stronger option. Your provider can help you choose or combine them.
Hydradermabrasion plus five other handpieces means the visit is more than steam, extract, and a mask.
We use the word hydrafacial because that is how people search. We show the Skinwave machine because that is what we use.
Typical visits are about 45 minutes with little to no downtime — built for Valley schedules.

Book NowIndividual results vary. Treatment is tailored after a skin assessment and may not be appropriate for every condition. We use “hydrafacial” as the common name for this category of care. Our treatment is performed on the Skinwave device, not the branded HydraFacial® system; HydraFacial® is a trademark of its respective owner.
