Chest protocolBio Collagen is Bellagio Medical Spa’s Radiesse® program. Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) biostimulator — not hyaluronic acid filler. The gel gives immediate contour; the microspheres then cue fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin over the following months.
Hyaluronic acid fillers mainly occupy space until they dissolve. Radiesse occupies space first, then acts as a scaffold that stimulates your own collagen. Results can last up to two years. It is FDA-approved for facial folds, the backs of the hands, and — when diluted 1:2 with saline — décolleté wrinkles.
Bellagio’s Bio Collagen program is $850 per syringe. The protocol uses 3 syringes per area: Face $2,550, Neck $2,550, Chest $2,550. The full three-area program is 9 syringes for $7,650. Financing partners include CareCredit, PatientFi, Affirm, and HFD.
You see contour the day of treatment. Collagen remodeling continues for months. Published results have been shown to last up to two years. Individual results vary by area, product volume, metabolism, and aftercare.
Most visits are 30–60 minutes. Expect possible redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising for a few days. Avoid heavy exercise, saunas, and intense sun or heat for about 24 hours. Makeup is often fine the next day if the skin is intact — your injector will confirm.
Adults 22 and older who want firmer, more supported skin in the lower face, neck, or chest, without chasing a hyaluronic-acid refill every few months.
