1) Agreement between User and bellagiomedicalspa.com

Welcome to https://www.bellagiomedicalspa.com (the “Site”), operated by Bellagio Medical Spa (“Bellagio Med Spa”). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance—without modification—of these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

• Transferable: may be shared with immediate family or designated friends.
• Complimentary after-care kit provided in advance of services.

Payment & Refund Terms

Important: All program payments are final and non-refundable, for both future appointments and completed services.

Available Options (no refunds):

• Exchange for alternative services of equal value.
• Transfer remaining program benefits to another eligible participant.

7) No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation) is the property of Bellagio Med Spa or its suppliers and protected by applicable laws.

You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, sell, create derivative works, or exploit Site content. Content is for personal use only and not for resale. No licenses are granted except as expressly stated.
