| Annie Murphy, RYT is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher & Licensed Massage Therapist. Her background in engineering, Anatomy & Physiology instruction, and specialized massage certification in Structural Integration form a strong scientific foundation for her yoga. This knowledge combined with her sweet, gentle spirit creates a yoga experience grounded in safety and integrity, offering a supportive environment in which to learn and grow. Shannon O’Reilly, RYT, LMT, has been practicing yoga for 9 years and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Trained in Iyengar tradition of Hatha Yoga, she navigates the student safely into alignment of their asanas (poses).Shannon adds a creative blend to her classes, inspired from her first Yoga teacher, Shannah Green from Nantucket Island. These influences include Kripala, Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa and Anusara, all forms of Hatha Yoga. A licensed massage therapist also practicing here at Bellagio Medical Spa, Shannon uses her knowledge as a body worker and teacher to assist students through their Yoga experience.
| Patrice Crawford, RN, RYT is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Patrice has been trained in both the Bikram and Ashtanga forms of Hatha yoga, however, prefers to teach and practice the more dynamic form of Ashtanga or power yoga. Her classes are an eclectic blend of many forms of Hatha yoga. Additionally, she welcomes individuals to her class who are recovering from illness and or surgeries. Her medical background enables her to assist each student in a safe practice with the goal of assisting in overall recovery, health, strengthening, and endurance. Patrice is also a Nurse Aesthetician, Permanent Makeup Specialist and Laser Practitioner at Bellagio. |
Bryan Reichenbach, RYT, is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and has been teaching since 2003. He has trained in, the Anusara, Iyengar & Viniyoga systems. The therapeutic, alignment-based style of yoga he teaches enhances strength and flexibility, and increases focus and concentration. Students of all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, will find Bryan’s classes to be invigorating and inspiring. Bryan is an avid outdoor enthusiast who resides in Sarasota with his partner, Michelle, and their two daughters. Bryan’s class will emphasize optimal, anatomical alignment for each student’s body type through an introduction of basic to intermediate yoga postures (asanas). Pranayama (breath awareness) and meditation techniques will be introduced as well. Each class will end with deep relaxation. It is recommended, but not required, that students have some previous yoga experience and bring their own yoga props (mat & strap).
| Venessa Hernandez, RYT has been practicing yoga since 2001. She is certified by “The Living Yoga Program” in Austin, Texas and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She turned to yoga as an alternative means to manage stress, relieve chronic pain, and to help manage the challenges of everyday life. Venessa has studied many styles of Hatha Yoga to include: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Bikram, and Vinyasa or Flow yoga. She is dedicated to teaching the art of Vinyasa which is a flowing style of yoga that uses traditional and non-traditional postures to exercise the whole body, while paying particular attention to the breath. Venessa offers all levels of students a stimulating workout for building strength, flexibility, and endurance. |
