Medical Aesthetic Services We offer many medical aesthetic services and treatments. A consultation with our physician or medical professional will assist you to determine what is right for you. In addition to our laser and injectable procedures, here is a partial list of services.
Microdermabrasion: Microdermabrasion is mechanical exfoliation that removes the uppermost layer of dead skin cells from the face, chest and hands. For best results, we recommend a series of treatments and use of high quality, nourishing, anti-aging skin care products. Benefits of Microdermabrasion * It leaves skin with a fresher, more glowing look. * Diminishes sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, and coarse textured skin. Encourages collagen production. * Excellent for scars including acne to diminish appearance. * It makes it easy for nutrient rich skin care products to actually penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin and help build collagen, which gives skin its youthful appearance. Areas commonly done include; Face, Neck, Decollete, and Hands. |
Medical Chemical Peel: If you're interested in restoring damaged layers of facial skin on a limited budget, a chemical peel is one solution. Similar results can be achieved with other procedures such as a series of microdermabrasion and laser skin resurfacing, but for many patients, a chemical peel will achieve the same results. A chemical peel is exactly what it sounds like: chemical solutions are applied to the damaged skin in order to cause the layers to peel away and reveal younger, healthier layers beneath. Once the dead layer is completely gone, the new skin heals and provides a healthy and glowing appearance. Wrinkles and sun damage are reduced and skin is much softer. Complications are unusual but as with any medical procedure, there are risks and precautions. If you have a history of cold sores or Herpes simplex infection, it is extremely important to inform the physician as medication may be prescribed pre-treatment to prevent an outbreak. A complete assessment will determine what type and depth of peel is the best for you. Down time can be minimal depending on the depth of the peel. Significant peeling is expected from a medium to deep chemical peel. Chemical Peels range in price from $100.00 to $500.00 A consultation can best determine the optimum peel for you. |
Permanent makeup is possible through a procedure called micropigmentation in which an organic pigment is embedded beneath the skin to add permanent color. The procedure involves the use of a hand-held device that punctures the skin hundreds of times per minute with a very thin needle and pushes the pigment into the desired location. Essentially, it is a tattoo. In addition to defining the eyes, micropigmentation is used to enhance eyebrows and lips and can permanently create the look of blush and eye shadow. The procedure is carried out in two sessions. The second session involves a touch up thirty days post-procedure. Individuals susceptible to cold sores may benefit by taking Acyclovir for one week prior to and following micropigmentation. Topical anesthetics are used and discomfort is minimal if any. There is essentially no down time required, however, cosmetics must not be worn for one week post procedure in the area pigmented. At Bellagio, Patrice Crawford, RN, a permanent makeup specialist and licensed aesthetician, performs micropigmentation with a state of the Nouveau Contour medical digital device under aseptic conditions. Ms. Crawford received her training at the Micro-pigmentation Centre in Toronto, Canada. |

Jane's line is a highly-sophisticated blend of minerals and pigments that are micro-pulverized, using proprietary technology and processes to form microscopic flat crystals. These crystals overlap each other on the skin to form a filter that allows the skin to breathe and function normally while still protecting it from air-borne pollutants. The staying power of the minerals is so great that they rarely need a touch-up during the day. And because these silky-feeling powders are water resistant, they won't crease or smear even during the most strenuous exercise. These state-of-the-art minerals are available in so many shades that there's one for every complexion no matter what the ethnicity.
